Great interview and conversation that brought back so many memories of the MN Music scene. You guys were great influencers in all that made the scene and inspired the growth and richness of the musical community!

I fell in love with Bobby when he mesmerized our 2nd grade class by playing the drum solo from “Wipe Out” on a desk using his index fingers as drum sticks. We begged him to play it over and over. He was my first crush.

We lost track of each other over the years, but never lost the tender sweetness of knowing that pushing each other off huge piles of snow meant we were smitten. I got to sing “House of the Rising Sun” with his little band at a sixth-grade dance – in the cafeteria, of course. Such a treat.

Thanks for filling in all the gaps of his life for me. How sweet to listen in on a conversation between good friends. He's as charming as ever (he gets that from his dad). It’s delightful to get to know him all over again.
